SUPERVISED CHILD CONTACT

Supervised child contact is an arrangement that allows children to have quality time with their non-custodial parent/ whaanau, in a safe environment.

There may be various reasons why a parent may not be allowed to see their child. In these instances, the Court or Oranga Tamariki may request that the parent sees their child under supervision. At Hamilton Salvation Army, we have a designated space were parents may see their children for supervised contact. A trained staff member is present for each contact session.

Please contact the office and speak to the Supervised Contact Coordinator should you wish to utilize this service. There is a cost involved for this service.
