Elvanto Video Tutorials

Our Church uses a system called Elvanto to achieve a number of administrative tasks.

We use Elvanto to:

• Store and manage contact information. This information is used in the printed and online contact directory and also referenced as a mailing list for our outbound email communications.
• Manage booking of rooms and facilities at our 99 London Street and 94 London Street buildings.
• Schedule Volunteers into rosters for regular events.
• Distribute music to Music Team members.

Below is a collection of short video tutorials that demonstrate how to access and use our Elvanto system.
